The microbial groups associated with foods are bacteria, fungi, protozoa, algae, and contagions. Microbiology is important to food safety, production, processing, preservation, and storehouse. Microbes similar as bacteria, moulds, and yeasts are employed for the foods production and food constituents similar as production of wine, beer, bakery, and dairy products.
